What are the charges? Is shipping free? If not, what are the charges?

Yes!!!!!!!! Shipping is Free on all products, However there is a contingency on Shipping of Bundles, Frontals and Closure, shipping is free on carts above 3 products. Free shipping is applicable for USA, Canada, UK, France, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria and India.

How are orders placed delivered to me?

All orders are dispatched either by FedEx/DHL delivery services

Do you ship internationally? Which countries?

We ship to all countries worldwide that fall under the delivery locations of FedEx/DHL.

How do I check if you deliver to my Zip code/pin code?

You can check if your location is serviceable on the FedEx/DHL website.

I have received a partial order

If you find any items missing in your parcel or if items aren’t as per your order, contact us within 3 days of the parcel receipt. Please send an email to info@tirumalahair.com with the details of the missing items and your order number. However, we are not responsible, if the missing item is due to tampered package.

Once I place an order, in how long will it be dispatched?

Once you place your Bundle/Weaves order, we will ship it between 2 – 3 business days.

Some items such as Frontal, Closures, Clip-in sets, Tape extensions and others may be dispatched between 2 – 5 business days.

Wigs may take between 8 - 10 business days to dispatch.

With colors like #613 and other blonde colors it will take minimum 7 days just for the color.

Note: We’re a country with diverse demographics and love celebrating many festivals. We believe in giving our workforce an off from work for such festivities and public holidays. As such, no orders will be dispatched on these days (Even fedex/dhl doesnt work on these days)

How do I track my order(s)?

We will dispatch your order either by FedEx/DHL delivery services. Once dispatched, your tracking number will be emailed to you, and/or be updated in the Orders section of your account.

Note: It may take up to 24 – 48 hours for the delivery details to be updated on the service provider’s website
