Refund and Returns Policy

The products are made with Raw, Unprocessed, 100% Virgin Remy Human Hair. It is natural and not manufactured; hence, no guarantee or warranty can be given. Do also note that no two products will be the same. Deep conditioning can solve any issues regarding dryness, fizziness, or other hair problems. Even hair extensions made from natural hair will have bad days; they need proper care. These are not considered for return/refund or exchange of a product/s.

Our Cancellations, Returns, and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We assure you that we will do our best to meet your requirements and expectations when shopping with us. If you are unhappy with our service, let us know so we can resolve the issue.

Please refer to our policy below if you have any issues regarding cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds of purchased products.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel the order, please get in touch with us immediately. It cannot be cancelled once we ship an order or have started processing it for customization (all steamed textures come under customization).

If you cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, a transaction and handling fee of 6% will be deducted from the total order value.

For cancellations after 24 hours, a 15% transaction and handling fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Once the cancellation is processed, the amount may take approximately 3 weeks to reflect in your bank, credit card, or PayPal account. 

Shipping Policy

  • We ship internationally from India. We are not responsible for customs clearance; it’s the receiver’s responsibility to clear the shipment with customs and pay any customs/import duty if there is any. The buyer is responsible for orders not received due to seizure by customs authorities.
  • Once we ship an order, we will share the delivery tracking details with you. The order will arrive within the approximate days specified by the shipping partner. If there’s a delay in delivery, please get in touch with the local shipping agent. Also, please let us know so we can contact the partner and help you.
  • We are not responsible for any losses caused by unsuccessful order deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer if the customer is unavailable at the mentioned address or for any other logistical issues.
  • We offer no refund or reshipping if the order is lost by the shipping company, delivered to the wrong address, stolen from the mailbox/doorstep, or if items are missing due to a tampered package (in transit)

Exchange, Returns, and Refund Policy

We offer no exchanges or refunds and do not accept returns on products. This is mainly due to hygiene, and the products are made with natural hair.

However, due to specific issues, we may consider. If you wish to return or exchange any item, you must do so within 2 days of receipt of the order.

For products to be eligible for exchange or returns, they must be in original condition (with tags intact), never used, and ours (there are many similar products in the market, but we know if a product is made by us or not). Used or washed products will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange or Refund due to quality concerns

If, for any rare unfortunate reason or circumstance, you find an issue with the quality of the product (for example, the wrong texture or size or a manufacturing defect), email info@tirumalahair.com within 2 days of receiving the order.

Mention your order number in the email’s subject line and describe your concern in the body. Please attach a picture or video of the package containing the shipping information, an image or video of the product you received, and a photo or video of what seems wrong.

Once we receive the email, we shall look into the issue and offer you an appropriate solution.

Note:
  1. For exchanges, you must bear the shipping costs and the price difference, if any. If your exchanged product is priced lower, the differential amount will be adjusted with the exchange shipping charges or Refund.
  2. For the return of products, you must bear the return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 25% will also be deducted from your total order value (as shipping and handling costs are charged when placing your original order).
  3. Please note that once the product is used, it is disqualified from any consideration of returns/refunds/exchanges. If we agree to returns, exchanges, or Refunds and find the product to be used, damaged, or not belong to us, no refund/exchange will be considered or processed.
  4. When shipping the product back for exchange or return, please put the order number and other important information (name, contact details, address) on a sheet of paper and put it in the package.
  5. We undertake no repair work. Any return or refund claim made (through third-party payment gateways/credit card companies) without prior notice to us will not be considered. The loss will have to be borne by the buyer. Hence, we request that you please get in touch with us with any issues.
  6. Any claim of defects will have to be supported by proper evidence.
  7. Please be vigilant when installing the product. It is a known issue that products are switched during installation.
