What do you supply to salons?

Wefts and bundles (standard 100 g unit, single-drawn by nature), Swiss HD lace closures and frontals (hand-knotted rather than machine-made, about 2 working days for a closure and about 5 for a frontal; knots are not pre-plucked or bleached; a partition is available on request), keratin tips (I, V, U and flat), micro rings, clip-ons (volumizer, set and halo) and tape-ins. Lengths from 10″ to 28″ are regularly stocked; 30″ and longer is limited and available on enquiry. Curly textures are often short in supply, so please ask about lead times. Wigs are custom orders for individual customers, not wholesale.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We take wholesale orders from a single piece, so new and smaller businesses can start without committing to volume.

How is wholesale pricing set, and do you offer volume discounts?

Pricing is a flat price per piece. It is the same for 1 piece or 1,000 pieces, and we do not offer volume discounts or pricing tiers.

How long does a wholesale order to the USA take?

Wholesale orders usually take 3 to 20 business days to produce before they ship, depending on the product, the quantity and whether blonde shades are included, since blonde processing takes longer. Courier transit time is additional. Import duties and tariffs on hair shipped to the US are set by US customs and change often, so please confirm the current rate for your shipment with your customs broker.

Do you send samples?

Can you private label or dropship?

Private label is available: we can label and send your products. Branded boxes can raise shipping costs because couriers charge by volumetric weight. We cannot dropship from India.

Do you provide installation or training?

No. We are a manufacturer, not a salon, so we supply the hair for trained stylists to install and do not provide installation services or tutorials.
