What are the charges? Is shipping free? If not, what are the charges?

Yes!!!!!!!!!!! Shipping is Free on all products. However, the shipping of bundles, frontals, and closures is contingent. Shipping is free on carts with the above 3 products. Free shipping applies to India, USA, Canada, UK, France, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, and India. Please scroll down to read more on the product and colour-wise breakdown of contingencies and timelines for shipping.

How are orders placed and delivered to me?

• All international orders are dispatched by UPS/FedEx/DHL delivery services.
• All domestic orders are dispatched by either DTDC/Bluedart/Professional Courier.

Do you ship internationally? Which countries?

We ship to all countries worldwide that fall under the delivery locations of UPS/FedEx/DHL.

How do you tell me if you deliver to my Zip code/pin code?

You can check if your location is serviceable on the FedEx/DHL website.

I have received a partial order.

If you find any items missing in your parcel or if items aren’t as per your order, contact us within 3 days of the parcel receipt. Please send an email to info@tirumalahair.com with the details of the missing items and your order number. However, we are not responsible if the missing item is due to a tampered package.

Once I place an order, how long will it be dispatched?

• Once you place your Bundle/Weaves order, we will ship it between 2 – 3 business days.
• Some items, such as Frontals, Closures, Clip-in sets, Tape extensions, and others, may be dispatched within 2 – 5 business days.
• Wigs may take between 8 – 10 business days to dispatch With colours like #613 and other blonde colours, developing the colour will only take 7 days.

Note: We’re a country with diverse demographics and love celebrating many festivals. We believe in giving our workforce time off for such festivities and public holidays. As such, no orders will be dispatched on these days (Even Fedex/DHL doesn’t work on these days)

How do I track my order(s)?

We will dispatch your order using UPS, FedEx, or DHL delivery services. Once dispatched, your tracking number will be emailed to you and/or updated in the Orders section of your account.
