Wholesale Hair Extensions in Chicago: Single-Donor Virgin Remy Hair from the Manufacturer
Tirumala Human Hair Impex LLP, trading as Juttu Extensions, is a South India-based manufacturer and supplier of single-donor virgin Remy human hair extensions. What we supply
- Wefts and bundles: standard 100 g unit, single-drawn by nature
- Closures (Swiss HD lace) and frontals: hand-knotted rather than machine-made, about 2 working days for a closure and about 5 for a frontal; knots are not pre-plucked or bleached, and a partition is available on request
- Keratin tips: I, V, U and flat tips
- Micro rings, and clip-ons (volumizer, set and halo)
- Tape-ins
- Lengths: 10″ to 28″ regularly stocked; 30″ and longer on enquiry, limited supply
- Shades: 28 shades in our colour chart. Curly textures are often short in supply, so ask about lead times
Wigs are made for individual customers as custom orders and are not part of wholesale.
How wholesale ordering works
- No minimum order quantity. We take orders from a single piece.
- Flat price per piece. The price is the same for 1 piece or 1,000 pieces, with no volume discounts.
- Paid samples. A typical sample is a small order, for example 2 or 3 bundles plus a closure or a frontal, so you can test the hair over a period of time.
- Private label is available. Branded boxes can raise shipping costs because couriers charge by volumetric weight.
- No dropshipping. We cannot dropship from India.
Where the hair comes from
Our hair is sourced through auctions at South Indian temples, where devotees offer their hair and the proceeds fund community programmes. The hair is shaved, not cut, so each strand stays whole from root to tip with the cuticle direction intact. Each donor’s hair is kept separate, so a finished bundle comes from one donor. Virgin means the hair has never been coloured, permed or chemically treated.
We sort strictly, and roughly 42 to 50 percent of each donor’s hair is removed during sorting and never goes into a finished virgin Remy bundle. Genuine single-donor virgin Remy is a premium raw material, so a price far below what that claim should cost is a warning sign. Shipping to Chicago
Wholesale orders usually take 3 to 20 business days to produce before they ship, depending on the product, the quantity and whether blonde shades are included, since blonde processing takes longer. Courier transit time is additional. Import duties and tariffs on hair shipped to the US are set by US customs and change often, so please confirm the current rate for your shipment with your customs broker.

With good care, the hair can last 1 year or longer, and some of our clients have had the same hair for 5 years. This is our experience, not a guarantee, because human hair is a natural product and behaves differently for each wearer.
