Natural curly is in limited supply and is shown as sold out; we can take back orders but cannot give a definite timeline, so please contact us. What are a closure and a frontal?
Both are pieces of lace with hair knotted onto them by hand. They are add-ons to hair bundles: you buy bundles for the weave or sew-in, then add a closure or a frontal to finish the style at the top or the front of the head. If you have not chosen your bundles yet, start with our human hair bundles guide. A closure is the smaller piece and covers a small area. A frontal is the wider piece and is made to fit across the front area of the head. Which one suits you depends on the style you want and on how your stylist works, so please see the section on choosing below.

How ours are made
Every closure and frontal is knotted onto the lace by hand. A closure takes about 2 working days and a frontal about 5 before it is ready to ship. We do not pre-pluck the lace and we do not bleach the knots, so the piece arrives as it was knotted. A partition is available on request: tell us when you order or contact us first. Any further preparation of the lace before it is installed is a decision for you and your stylist.
Which should I choose? A recommendation, not a rule
This is a general guide, not advice for your head or your style. The choice between a closure and a frontal, the size and length you need, and how many bundles to buy with it all depend on the style you want, the density the wearer wants and the method your stylist uses. That differs from stylist to stylist, so we do not recommend a number of bundles or a single answer for everyone. Your stylist knows the application, so the first step is to ask them which piece, which length and which shade before you order. What the hair is
Single donor means each piece is made from the hair of one person, so the texture and health are consistent from top to bottom. Virgin means the hair has never been coloured, permed or acid-washed; Remy means the cuticles all run the same way. Because each piece comes from a different donor, two closures from us can differ slightly in shade, texture and wave. That variation is normal. Textures and lengths
We stock natural straight and natural wavy in 10″ to 22″. Natural curly raw hair is in chronically short supply, so our curly closures and frontals are shown as sold out and we do not treat them as a regular stock item. We can take back orders but cannot give a definite timeline, so please contact us before you plan an order around curly.
Shades
The online store lists three popular shades for closures and frontals: Natural Black (#01B), Dark Brown (#004) and Platinum Blonde (#613). Our full chart has 28 shades. If you want a shade from the chart that the online store does not list, place your order choosing Dark Brown (#004) or Platinum Blonde (#613) and email us the shade you want from the chart, or contact us before you order. Coloured shades are made from single-donor virgin Remy hair, which is then coloured. We do not call a coloured shade unprocessed, because blondes involve bleaching and fashion colours are dyed.
Because virgin Remy is single-donor, untreated hair, it holds colour predictably. Bleached hair is still weaker than the same hair in its natural colour, so blonde shades need more conditioning and more care with heat.
Heat, colour and care
You can heat-style and colour closures and frontals. Because the hair is healthy single-donor virgin Remy, heat that is fine for your own hair is fine for the extensions. We do not give temperatures. Be more careful with blonde and coloured shades.
To wash them, use a sulphate-free shampoo and condition for at least 10 minutes. Hard water is a common cause of matting, so a water filter helps if your tap water is hard. Ask your stylist how to look after the lace.

We ship worldwide from India. Closure and frontal orders are dispatched in 2 to 5 business days. Blonde shades such as #613 need about 7 days for the colour to be developed, and the product page has the details for each shade. Once dispatched, delivery to the US and Canada is typically 3 to 5 business days, and other countries may take longer.
